Postage & Delivery

General Shipping Information

We deliver parts and accessories to all states and territories in Australia. All products are delivered using the Australia Post network for parts & accessories. Please note that public holidays, floods, strikes, storms and road closures can further disrupt freight and thus delivery could take longer under these circumstances.

• All Dispatch Times are approximate
• Same day dispatch on all ‘in stock’ orders that are received by King Street Cyclery before 2pm AEST Time Monday - Friday. Any orders received after 2pm AEST or during the weekend should be dispatched the following working day.
• Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.
• Paid for express postage will only cover any 'in stock' items in the order, back ordered items also in an order will be sent using a standard service once available

Bicycle Shipping Information

Due to dealer agreements with most bicycle manufacturers, all bicycles sold must be fully assembled and fitted to the customer. To meet these dealer requirements, we can only deliver bicycles to the Sydney area. 

If you are interested in purchasing a bicycle, but live outside the Sydney area, please contact us as we may be able to organise delivery to your area. Extra charges may apply.

• Bikes are not guaranteed for same day dispatch as we will take time to build and inspect your product before releasing it for dispatch.
• We will contact you within 2 business days from the date of purchase to organise your bicycle delivery
• All bicycles are delivered fully assembled by our qualified staff. On delivery our qualified staff will adjust the bicycle to suit your requirements.
• Should the bicycle you have ordered be the incorrect size, or you are not available for delivery at your specified time, you will be liable for the cost of the return of the bicycle and re-delivery. This cost is $59.95 within the Sydney area and may be higher outside this area. Cost will be confirmed prior to re-delivery.

All items apart from bicycles are shipped using the Australia Post network. We currently offer 2 postage options for parts & accessories and one option for bicycle delivery:

Australia Post Regular Parcels:

Fast and reliable delivery to all Australian destinations within 3-5 business days using Australia Post.

Australia Post Express Parcels:

Express delivery to most major Australian destinations within 1-2 business days.

Personalized Bicycle Delivery to Sydney Area By One Of Our Trained Staff:

Bicycle delivery by one of our trained staff to your door. All bicycles are fully assembled and quality checked before delivery. We will contact you within 2 business days of your order to organise your personalized delivery.
